I still have yogurt in the fridge, but after 2 days missing out on my Dorset cereal, I had to go back. I know why I'm hooked. It's the coconut flakes and the raisins. They are not just good, they are super good - super big, flaky, juicy coconut and raisins. Instead of just blueberries, I also added some raspberries today. Pretty.
I snacked on half of this Larabar this morning. I ate the first half yesterday and forgot about it. I've decided I'm not buying Larabars anymore. I think making my own with dates, nuts, coco powder, nut butters and coconut, in any combo, taste much better, really easy and so much cheaper. Mostly, I do like them better.I also had this bowl of beautiful fruit salad
Lunch was the exact same salad as yesterday - mixed baby romaine, red peppers, carrots, 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup quinoa with Renees Japanese Ginger dressing. And, I added a Baby Bell cheese.
I also had more fruit salad in the afternoon, and will have more tomorrow.
Dinner was fabulous! I pulled out some spring rolls that were in the freezer that I had made in December, brushed some oil on them and baked in the oven. I then made a green coconut chicken curry and lovely jasmine rice. I love Thai night. WE love Thai night. I try not to think of the Shepherd and I as 'we', but rather 2 'I's', however, in this case, it is definitely a 'we'.
After dinner I ate several handfulls of chocolate chips.
And that's a wrap. Enjoy the weekend!
