Lunch was typical Tuesday or Wednesday sashimi. Love you raw fish.
This sunny orange made the afternoon.
Went to the gym after work and ellipticalled for 40min. Did some upper body weights and Core Control class. Good workout.
Once home, I had a handful of raisins and almonds. Good combo!
Dinner was leftover ribs, roast sweet potatoes and broccoli. The Shepherd gets his greens smothered in cheese.Kristen made me think about pudding the last few days, so I dug out a recipe I haven't made in ages. It's super easy.
Makes 4 servings
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp agave
2 cups milk (I used almond milk)
1. Stir together cocoa and corn starch
2. Whisk in milk
3.Whisk in agave
4. Cook on stove top until it thickens, sort of like gravy
5. Pour in to 4 bowls and refrigerate for about 30min
6. Lick the pot clean of extra chocolate before it hardens. :)
My pudding picture is not cooperating this morning, but if I get it to later, I'll add it. It's super delicious anyway. Not too sweet, but sweet enough.
