I have an addiction. I've had it for as long as I can remember. I'm not the only one and I don't know of any support groups for my problem. My addiction is shoes. Colour, black, heels, flats, boots, sneakers, sandals etc. I love shoes. I have shoes I've only wore once, shoes I've worn to the point of destruction. I wouldn't dare count how many pairs I have. Today, I wore a new pair and I'm SO in love with them I had to show you. I think they are one of the greatest pairs of shoes I've bought in months. To me, gorgeous.
And, they match my blueberries. :)
Dorset cereal, blueberries, skim milk. I poured too much milk today, but it was nice and cold and fresh to drink at the end. No complaints.
Then a fabulous orange mid morning.
Then, just before lunch I had about 1/3 of this Luna bar to hold me over to....
SASHIMI!
Fabulous as always.
They gym was good after work. I did 20min on the elliptical and a nice 20 min run on the treadmill. My knee didn't hurt so I'm happy about that.
We went out for dinner AGAIN! This time with The Shepherd's sis. No photos. I'm still working up the courage to take photos at restaurants.
Do any of you hesitate to do this? Do you get looks, questions, etc?

I usually just grab a quick photo and if it's too blurry to post, I don't worry about it - but I just try not to be taking about 10 pictures of my dinner roll :)

owwwwww I love those shoes- so cute and a GREAT color. I use to be nervous about taking pictures in restaurants....I've gotten very comfortable with it though. I have been questioned by the waitress, but they're usually happy you're doing it once they find out why (free publicity!!)
ReplyDeleteohh yeah I take pics at restaurants!! mostly everyoen in my life knows that im a food blogger, so when the food comes they expect me to take otu the camera, and also they are used to not touching their food until I take a pic haha! sometimes I am questioned if I take a pic of a menu or the counter if its a pick up and order kind of place, but I explain myself and they think its so cool! :)

ReplyDeleteYes, I hesitate. I went to lunch with co-workers the other week and snuck pictured while they were away from the table. I don't want to have to explain it, and I don't really want them reading my blog. I have one friend that reads my blog and that's it.
I prefer my blog to be known by my blogger friends only - it's not that I'm imbarrased, or ashamed or anyhting of the sort. I just like having my blogger life. I'm brutally honest and sometimes slightly vulgar on it, and I'm not always brutally honest at (and never vulgar) work (for obvious reasons).
i always pretend to be text messaging (which is obviously rude at dinner anyway) but i put my phone on silent and snap a pic with it lol
