Midmorning hosted a beautiful bowl of fruit.
The Shepherd picked me up at work shortly after this as we had some errands to run together. Banking, etc. We ended up a family diner for lunch and I ate WAY TOO MUCH. Hours later I was still over full. Sometimes we have to overindulge, right? I feel like I have been eating out so much lately. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on a ciabbata bun, and a mound of sweet potato fries. Lip smacking good.
I skipped the gym today as my legs were super sore from the elliptical yesterday. Luckily, toes were no longer numb. ;)
Once home, I snacked on some raisins. I won't apologize for the glare from the sun, it felt so good shining through the kitchen window.
Dinner was leftover chicken/tomato mixture from taco night. I added a bunch of salsa to it and heated it in the microwave. I steamed a bunch of broccoli and that was it. I ate about half of this, still full from the mound of fries at lunch.Andrea at Andrea's Wellness Notes has a great Amazing Grass giveaway! I've never tried any of these products, but the more I see of them, the more I'm tempted to. Can I buy these in Canada?
