Tuesday's Eats

Tuesday was a good day.  Sunny and bright.  Grey kitty was waiting for me in the shed last night.  I think our friendship is progressing. :)

Breakfast was Dorset cereal, strawberries and skim milk.
Mid morning I had 1/2 a Cliff bar.
Lunch was eaten in 2 part due to a lunch meeting at work.  I had an Ezekiel english muffin, toasted, each half with a Laughing Cow cheese wedge.  No photo.  Later I had some cottage cheese and a salad.  Pretty tasty!
A beautiful smoothie rounded out the afternoon.  It was sooo good, I almost forgot a pic.
After work and the gym, I had a handful of almonds.  I love almonds.
Dinner had to be quick as The Shepherd had an out of town meeting to get to.  A very unattractive omelete with spinach, peppers and mushrooms, cheddar cheese and a slice of ww toast with butter.
After LOST, I was worked up and needed a snack.  In came a small bowl of Kashi Go Lean Crunch, some blueberries and milk.
Tomorrow it's time to do more outdoor planting, Saturday we pick up our raspberry bushes.  Very exciting!

  2. Raspberries! My parents have a few bushes, but when we were kids they grew wild in the back. Oh, how we loved picking them right off the bush to eat!
