Regular Monday

Back to Monday, back to work.  It was an ok day.

Breakfast was Dorset cereal, strawberries, skim milk.  Love it.
In the morning, I didn't get overly hungry, and had just an apple.
Lunch was a 'fork and knife leftover wrap".  It was leftover fajita mix, leftover steamed broccoli, 2 Laughing Cow cheese wedges all heated up in a ww tortilla.  Super good, but no way it could be done with a fork and knife.
I also had a juicy plum.

In the afternoon I had some cottage cheese.  I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to start eating this again.  Super tasty.
At home after the gym I had a good handful of almonds, then another one.

After each lambing season, we always go out to a great restaurant with The Shepherds parent's to celebrate.  His dad is so good - working all weekend, and every evening after coming home from his own job, often taking the night shift.  His mom is so great to us too.  Running errands, cooking meals, making calls, putting her work clothes on and getting dirty if extra hands are needed.  Basically, she stays 'on call' for whatever we need.

So we all ended up a great steakhouse in town.  No photos, but I had a super steak, baked potato, roast veggies, a few slices of bread with garlic butter and we all shared a caramel pecan cheesecake for dessert. Super.

Watered the greenhouse and went to bed.  A good good day.  I felt better than I have in a week.
