I Am A Forager

We're all so many different things, all at the same time.  I'm a wife, daughter, friend, office worker, farmer, hobby cook, shopper, cat lover etc.  Today I became something else.  I am a forager!  It was so great, light rain, but warm, out in the woods digging enough wild leek to sell at market on Saturday.  I can't wait to show you a photo of them all tomorrow!!!

Breakfast:
Dorset cereal, blueberries, milk.
I had a great smoothie in the morning that I almost forgot to photo!  I love the tropical mix fruit.  I add extra frozen pineapple, if I close my eyes, I can imagine some vodka in it, a tropical beach and a burning sun on my face. :)
Lunch was similar to the other night, Moroccan Chicken.  This is a photo from dinner the other night, but it was the same.
I had this great Cliff bar in the aftenoon!  The WHOLE thing again!  I don't usually eat it all, but it's SO chocolately, I couldn't resist.

Before foraging :), I had some peanuts.  Quite liking peanuts lately.

Dinner was bbq pork tenderloin, more leftover couscous, asparagus and a salad from the greenhouse.  I almost forgot to photo dinner too, so this a half eaten plate!

After dinner, more yogurt, raspberries and Kashi Go Lean Crunch.
